Customs Duty for Non-US Orders

We ship our plushies worldwide.  Depending on the country, there may be a customs duty imposed on your order.  Customs duty is charged by your individual country and is not included in the shipping charge for the order.  Orders with unpaid customs duty charges are generally destroyed by the shipper and are not returned.  As a result, no refund can be issued. 

How long your package is kept in customs depends on your country’s customs; we have no control over it.  If it is lost in the customs process, our insurance would reject any claim for its loss.  Likewise, we cannot be responsible for your package while it is being processed in customs.    

Some countries set de minimis threshold to start charging customs duty, and countries set different rates for different items.  You can Google search with "de minimis customs duty threshold for HS code 9503.00.41 into [specify country]" for information specific to your country.  HS code 9503.00.41 is the Harmonnized System Code for plush toys.
