Customs Duty for Non-US Orders
Customers from EU countries, please note:
Starting July 1, 2026 every shipment to the EU will have a €3 customs charge for each different product in the order.
We ship our plushies worldwide. Depending on the country, a customs duty may be imposed on your order. Customs duty is charged by your individual country and is not included in the shipping charge for the order. Normally, the shipping carrier will collect the customs charge. Orders with unpaid customs duty charges are generally destroyed by the shipper and are not returned. As a result, no refund can be issued.
How long your package is kept in customs depends on your country’s customs; we have no control over it. If it is lost in the customs process, our insurance would reject any claim for its loss. Likewise, we cannot be responsible for your package while it is being processed in customs.
Some countries set minimum amounts above which the order will be charged customs duties, and each country sets different rates for different items. For example, a Google search for minimum amount triggering customs for the United Kingdom shows:
"In the UK, the de minimis threshold for customs duty is £135. For commercial goods valued at or below £135, you do not need to pay import customs duties..."
You can Google search with "de minimis customs duty threshold for HS code 9503.00.41 into [specify country]" for information specific to your country. HS code 9503.00.41 is the Harmonnized System Code for plush toys.
