Shipping and Tracking
We do our best to ship your order usually within 1–2 business days of purchase; it may take longer during major holidays. Please be sure to include a valid email address at checkout so we can send your shipping confirmation and tracking link when your order is shipped.
Heads up: The tracking link in your confirmation email is the best way to follow your package. You should avoid using the Shop app tracker as we do not ship with Shopify, so the tracker app may not always reflect real-time carrier updates.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Las Vegas, NV.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Domestic orders are shipped via various shipping carriers. Most U.S.-bound orders arrive within 7–10 days from the ship date. Delivery times may be longer during major holidays.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL or Passport and typically arrive within 2–4 weeks but can be up to 6 weeks, depending on the destination.
Please note the following:
- Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.
- Customs inspections may delay delivery times beyond the estimates above.
- Some regions may have shipping restrictions. If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

Tracking Your Order
When your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address on the order. The confirmation email will include the tracking link for you to track your order. Please note that status is only updated when the package is scanned upon arrival to the next transit stop.
Note that we ship independently from Shopify, so the Shop app tracking does not reflect the "real" tracking. Please the trackig link that is sent in the shipping confirmation email.
From the initial tracking summary page (jacknjellify.shiptracker.io), click on the Tracking # on the left hand side to be redirected to the actual shipping carrier's tracking page for details.
For domestic orders, you can just click on the tracking link for status updates. Please note that package is not delivered to your destination directly; it most likely will go through different transit stops before reaching your destination.
International orders are usually shipped via Passport or DHL and delivered by local carriers when the orders reach the destination country. Packages are sent to the shipping carriers' Export processing centers in Europe before being sent to the respective destinations for local delivery.
Tracking Passport Orders - Because shipping to different countries can be unpredictable due to various situations, such as potential customs inspection and local delivery issues, the Delivery dates are unlikely to be exactly accurate. You can see the Current Status on the upper right. Below that is the Previous Status section; click on each down arrow to show details. When the package reaches the destination country, then you can click on the delivery tracking number on the lower left corner for delivery information.
Tracking DHL Orders - From the main tracking page, click on the Details tab. On the right side of the page is the Tracking History section showing each transit stop/update. On the left hand side, there is a "Delivery by.." tag; this is the local delivery agent. Click on the tracking number below this tag to be directed to the delivery agent's tracking page.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package status has not been updated in more than 7 business days, or if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it:
- Double-check your shipping address and check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- If you still need help, email us at support@jacknjellify.com and we’ll do our best to assist. We may be able to file an insurance claim; when approved, we will be able to resend the items or issue a refund. However, the insurance claim will be denied for packages are delayed/lost at custom-inspection.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund (for the order amount minus the shipping charge) when we receive the returned package.
